Elisa D'Este

(undergraduate student)

Elisa is a third year Biotechnology student of the University of Trieste. She's doing her summer internship in the lab. She is working on the Xenopus orthologs of some p53-interacting proteins. By using RT-PCR and whole mount in situ hybridization, Elisa is studies the expression pattern of these genes in Xenopus embryos.
